Adult Wellness Screening

This program provides health promotion and screening services for all Knox County residents.  Services are designed to prevent heart disease in Knox County.  Clinics are held on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of every month from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Knox County Health Department.  Appointments are required by calling 309-344-2225.  Outreach clinics may be held at the request of a participating sponsor.

• Cholesterol
• Hemoglobin
• Oxygen Saturation
• UA Screening
• Blood Sugar
• BMI
• Height
• Weight
• Blood Pressure
