Community Health Improvement Plan

The finalized 2006 Knox County Community Health Improvement Plan is the result of the participation and input of many community individuals, agencies, and organizations. It identifies six priority health concerns for Knox County, and is intended to assist community participants in better addressing those priority health needs through the application of developed strategic planning initiatives and appropriate programming.
