Well-Child and Sick-Child Exams
The Health Department's Health Clinic provides well and sick child care, immunizations, and lead screening for children up to 19 years of age who are on Medicaid or meet program guidelines. Appointments are required.

School Physicals
School physicals are available for medicaid and non-medicaid eligible children who reside in Knox County. Parental income must be at or below 300% poverty level. Click here for income guidelines. Appointments are required.

Pre-Employment Physicals
Pre-Employment physicals are available for Knox County residents with no insurance coverage who are at or below 200% poverty level. Click here for income guidelines. Cost does not include labs. Appointments are required.
