Potable Water Supply

This program focuses on consumer protection and the reduction of risk for the transmission of communicable disease by promoting the proper design and construction of drinking water wells.  Program activities include:

• Issuance of water well construction permits
• Well water sample analysis
• Monitoring of non-community water samples
• Inspections for the purpose of real estate transactions
