Knox County IPLAN
The Illinois Project for Local Assessment of Needs (IPLAN) is a community needs assessment and planning process that each local health department in Illinois is mandated to conduct every five years.
The Knox County Community Health Improvement Plan is the result of the participation and input of many community agencies, organizations, and individuals. The Health Improvement Plan is intended to assist the Knox County Health Department and community partners to better address the needs of the changing needs of the community.
