Annual appointment with your primary care physician. These appointments are used for creating or updating an individual’s personalized prevention plan.
If you have had Medicare Part B for over 12 months and have not received an Adult Wellness visit within the last 12 months, you may be eligible.

Dental Services
Regular dental cleanings are essential to a healthy mouth. Dental cleanings should be done every six months. Insurances will not cover services completed even one day prior to that time so be sure to keep track of when your last cleaning was done.
