Watch for Your Medicaid Renewal Notice
Watch for your renewal letter from DHS/HFS. Follow the instructions and return it as soon as possible.
You can also renew your Medicaid by visiting the Abe Portal at https://abe.illinois.gov/abe/access/
The Abe Portal will update your renewal date 30 days prior to your renewal date.
If you find you are no longer eligible for Medicaid call 309-344-2225 to speak with a licensed Marketplace Health Insurance Navigator. Some plans start as low at $10 a month.
