LIHEAP Is Moving Locations and Agencies!

Western Illinois Regional Council (WIRC), based in Macomb, is expanding their office locations into Knox County. WIRC will be the new LIHEAP/PIPP service provider in Knox County starting with the new program year this coming October 2023. The Knox County office will be located on the first floor of the Bondi Building at 313 E Main St., Galesburg, and is expected to open to the public late summer.
