Temporary Food Permits


Temporary Food Establishments are designated as food services facilities that operate at a fixed location for a period of time, not more than 14 consecutive days. 

Please fill out the Online Temporary Food Permit Application or complete the Temporary Food Permit Application and return to the health department AT LEAST 48 hours (2 business days) prior to your event to avoid the late fee. Temporary Food permits can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to the health department. Permits must be displayed at the stand throughout the duration of serving.
